CABINS - Includes: bedding, towels, electricity, A/C, heat, bath house/kitchen/laundry/recreation room nearby, $50 for 2 guests, $5 per additional guest. Children 12 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult.
CAMPING - Includes: electricity, bath house/kitchen/laundry/recreation room nearby, $20 per camp site, $5 for additional guests, more than 2 and over 12 years of age.
TENT CAMPING - Includes: bath house/kitchen/laundry/recreation room nearby, $15 per camp site, $5 for additional guests, more than 2 and over 12 years of age.
RV CAMPER With two beds - Includes: bedding, towels, electricity, bath house/kitchen/laundry/recreation room nearby, stove, refrigerator, A/C, $50 for 2 guests, $5 per additional guest. Children 12 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult.
BEDROOM - with private bath in the main house, $60/night
HORSES, Picket Line - $3 per horse, per day. Current year negative coggins test required.
HORSES, Corral - $5 per horse, per day. Current year negative coggins test required.
GUIDED TRAIL RIDES IN THE NATIONAL FOREST - $30 for a 2 hour ride, per horse.
GUIDED TRAIL RIDES, Your Horse - $10 per hour, per horse .

RESERVATION POLICY
To reserve your space, please submit a check for one night's fees (cabin or campsite) by one week prior to arrival.
We cannot guarantee a reservation for a cabin or RV site until we have received a deposit.
Reservation fees will be refunded if notified by mail, e-mail or telephone one week prior to arrival.
